Effective date: June 3, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Invoice-to-QuickBooks Automation application (the “Software”), provided by Justin Wang (the “Licensor”). By installing or using the Software, you (the “User”) agree to these terms.
The Licensor grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for the User's own bookkeeping purposes.
The Software may be used only to process invoices the User is authorized to handle and to create records in a QuickBooks Online company the User is authorized to access.
The User shall not: (a) use the Software for unlawful purposes; (b) access QuickBooks data without authorization; (c) misrepresent the Software to Intuit or any third party; or (d) remove or alter ownership notices.
The Software relies on the QuickBooks Online API (Intuit) and the Claude API (Anthropic). Use of those services is subject to their respective terms. The Licensor is not responsible for those services' availability or behavior.
Handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The User is responsible for reviewing records the Software creates in QuickBooks before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from use of the Software, including incorrect bills or data sent to third-party services.
This license terminates automatically if the User breaches these terms. On termination the User must stop using the Software and may disconnect it from QuickBooks.
The Licensor may update this Agreement; the effective date above will change accordingly.
